Escapism is a prevalent practice in our modern-day world. What are we running from and how do we stop? If we desire a more fulfilling life experience and thriving intimate relationships, we have to stop running and start looking in the mirror. Most of us don't know how to do that, but luckily, Tomas shares guidance on how to stop running and start being (all of you) with the tools of shadow work, sobriety, conscious consumption, psychedelics, and intimate relating.

Tomas Trueno likes to see himself as a recovering escape artist.  He's been on a journey of self-exploration for over a decade, diving into studies of developmental and relational pscyhology, eastern spirituality, as well as conscious use/application of psychedelics on the journey of self-empowerment.  In the more recent years he has been integrating the use of ceremonial sacraments and shadow integration into his own healing journey.  Today he is weaving together his own experience as well as his learnings to help others become more whole, to love themselves deeper.  Some areas of his focus are: addiction recovery, overcoming escapism, healing relationships [especially that with yourself], psychedelic use, psychedelic reverence, psychedelic integration, shadow integration, and partswork.  He's walked a very intimate journey with himself to reclaim his power since he had previously felt lonely, depressed and hopeless for much of his life.
